Marc R Engelmann, P.L.C. engages in the practice of law, representing a large number of corporations, banks, local businesses, and individuals with respect to their business, transaction, probate and real estate needs. Marc Engelmann has been in practice since 1976 in Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska. Prompt and professional service defines the firm's commitment to its clients and has fostered the firm's growth. I strive to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in serving our clients.
Marc is licensed to practice in Illinois and Iowa and regularly transacts business and represents multiple clients throughout western Illinois and eastern Iowa. In addition, I am an active participant in county, state, and national bar associations, including pro-bono and volunteer activities through the Bar Association and other organizations.
